Lenka Velebilová, DiS.

Registered dental hygienist

Lenka graduated from medical high school in Prague in 1986. She continued her education in the field of anaesthesiology, resuscitation and intensive care.

She worked as a nurse in departments which focused on acute conditions and intensive care, namely: Teaching Hospital with Outpatient Department in Karlovo náměstí – Emergency Department, Na Františku Hospital – Coronary unit, Malvazinky Hospital – Department of Metabolism and Toxicology.

In 2000, she started working mainly in the field of dentistry. Firstly, as dental assistant in American Medical Centers and American Dental Associates, where under the supervision of foreign experts she gained unique experience. In cooperation with US hygienists, she also learned latest methods and procedures, which she continues to use in her everyday practice

In 2005, she graduated from a three-year study program at the College for Dental Hygienists in Prague. She then worked as a dental hygienist Dentaktiv, American Dental Associates, International Dental Care and Canadian Medical Care.

Because of her qualifications, she is also authorized to use the title “registered” dental hygienist, which allows her to practice her medical profession without the supervision of an expert. A holder of this authorization is also required to participate in further forms of life-long learning, which guarantees him or her maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Since 2003 she is an active member of the Dental Hygienist Association of The Czech Republic. In April 2018 she becam a prezident.

Markéta Harantová, DiS.

Registered dental hygienist

Markéta graduated from the Secondary Medical School in Prague, as a dental technician. She then went on to graduate from the Higher Medical School in Prague with a degree as a dental technician. During the years 2007 – 2010 she joined and subsequently successfully graduated from the Higher Medical School in Prague as a dental hygienist. She worked in a private dental office, MUDr. Vladimíra Vosátková.

Because of her qualifications, she is also authorized to use the title “registered” dental hygienist, which allows her to practice her medical profession without the supervision of an expert. A holder of this authorization is also required to participate in further forms of life-long learning, which guarantees him or her maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Since 2009 she is an active member of the Association of Dental Hygienists of the Czech Republic. In the years 2010 - 2014 she was a member of the Preparatory Committee of the Presidium and from 2014 she is the Vice President of the Association of Dental Hygienists of the Czech Republic.

She avidly upgrades her knowledge in the field of Dental Hygiene and has experience in lecturing and publishing.

She has a friendly, helpful and individual approach to each patient.

Eliška Sedláková (roz. Moravcová), DiS.

Registered dental hygienist

After Eliška graduated from grammar school in Prague, she decided to go on for dental hygiene. She successfully graduated from Higher Medical School in Prague as a dental hygienist in 2017. During her study of dental hygiene, she attended numerous dental surgeries, with focus on periodontics, implantology and orthodontics. After graduating, she completed a two-month internship with Erasmus+, at the University Umeå in Sweden. Now, she works in a private dental clinic called Váš Úsměv in Beroun.

Because of her qualifications, she is authorized to use the title “registered” dental hygienist, which allows her to practice her medical profession without the supervision of an expert. A holder of this title is required to participate in further forms of life-long learning, which guarantees she maintains a high level of professionalism.

Since 2017 she has been an active member of the Association of Dental Hygienists of the Czech Republic, and since 2018 she is a member of the Preparatory Committee of the Presidium.
